Circa FishHawk is a 710-acre new community under development in Lithia, located southeast of Tampa.
Located adjacent to the established community of FishHawk Ranch, Circa FishHawk will boast a Village Center with restaurants, shopping and businesses. The Mosaic Company has selected Circa Fishhawk as the location for its headquarters and anchors the Village Center. Two brand news schools, Stowers Elementary and Barrington Middle. Plans are also in place for a Day Care Center within the community.
